Request deletion of your Resifly data

Use this page to request deletion of personal data associated with the Resifly mobile application.

How to request deletion

  1. Fill in the form on this page with your name and the email address linked to your Resifly use.
  2. In the message, briefly describe your request (for example: delete my personal data) and, if you know it, your app identifier.
  3. Submit the form. We will receive an email with the subject “Требование удаления персональных данных”.
  4. We confirm receipt within 5 business days and complete deletion within 30 days where legally possible.
  5. To erase data stored only on your device, also delete the Resifly app from the device.

Data that will be deleted

  • Registration / audit data held by Resifly (for example full name, email, date of birth, citizenship, device type, residence-permit information), if such data was collected.
  • Related support correspondence about your deletion request after processing is finished (except where retention is required by law).

Data that may be retained

  • Subscription and payment records processed by Apple / Google — Resifly does not store card details; manage these in your store account.
  • Information we must keep to comply with legal, accounting, or dispute-resolution obligations, for the minimum period required.
  • Anonymous or aggregated technical statistics that cannot identify you.

Retention period

After a verified deletion request, personal data held by Resifly is removed within 30 days. Any copies kept solely for legal obligations are retained only as long as the applicable law requires, then deleted or anonymised.
