User Agreement

1. Purpose of the Application

The Application is intended to:

• record and plan the User's trips;
• store documents related to trips;
• calculate the number of days spent in various countries;
• monitor possible acquisition of tax residency status based on data entered by the User;
• generate PDF reports and document archives for the User's personal use or for sharing reports with third parties with the User's consent.

The Application is for informational and auxiliary purposes only.

2. Data Storage

All data entered by the User in the Application, including:

• trip information;
• entry and exit dates;
• images and copies of documents;
• notes and comments;
• generated reports;

is stored locally on the User's device.

The Developer does not access such data and does not store it on its own servers.

3. Transfer of Data to Third Parties

The Application does not transfer information about the User's trips, documents, or calculations to third parties.

The Developer does not sell, exchange, or provide access to User data to any organizations or individuals.

Data may be transferred only at the User's own initiative, for example when exporting a PDF report, backing up the device, or using third-party services to which the User provides access independently.

4. Tax Residency Calculation

The Application provides automated calculations of days of stay and notifications about possible acquisition of tax resident status in certain jurisdictions (the list of implemented countries is indicated with the application version).

Such calculations:

• are approximate;
• are based on data entered by the User;
• do not constitute legal, tax, or other professional advice;
• cannot be used as the sole basis for tax or legally significant decisions.

The User is solely responsible for verifying applicable legislation and, if necessary, must consult qualified tax advisors, accountants, or lawyers.

5. Report Generation

The Application may generate PDF reports and document archives based on data entered by the User.

The Developer does not guarantee that generated documents will meet the requirements of government authorities, tax services, banks, migration authorities, or other organizations.

The User must independently verify the accuracy of generated materials before use.

6. User Responsibility

The User agrees to:

• enter accurate data;
• independently ensure the security of their device;
• use device protection (password, Face ID, Touch ID, etc.);
• independently create backups when necessary.

The User bears full responsibility for the accuracy of information entered and the consequences of its use.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Application is provided on an "AS IS" basis.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Developer is not liable for:

• calculation errors caused by incorrect or incomplete data;
• loss of data due to device malfunction, User actions, the operating system, or third-party software;
• decisions made by the User based on information obtained from the Application;
• any direct or indirect damages related to the use or inability to use the Application.

8. Intellectual Property

All rights to the Application, its source code, interface, design, and other intellectual property belong to the Developer or are used on lawful grounds.

The User receives a limited non-exclusive right to use the Application for personal purposes.

9. Amendment of the Agreement

The Developer may amend this Agreement.

The new version takes effect upon publication in the Application or on the relevant Application distribution page.

Continued use of the Application after changes take effect constitutes the User's acceptance of the new version.

10. Final Provisions

Use of the Application constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of this Agreement by the User.

If any provision of this Agreement is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain in force.
